What Are Super Files?

A Super File is an interactive client document that can combine a proposal, service selection, contract, invoice, payment, forms, scheduling, and project details into one shareable link.

  1. Build the client experience

Add the pages your client needs, such as a proposal, service menu, contract, invoice, payment page, form, scheduler, or project overview.

  2. Send one link

Share a personalized Super File so the client can review, choose, sign, pay, and submit details without jumping between tools.

  3. Track activity

See when clients view, complete, sign, pay, or respond to the Super File.

  4. Let clients choose services

Package and add-on selections save automatically, appear in the Selected Services cart, and update an invoice when Auto-sync from Services is enabled.

  5. Test selections in Preview

Preview selections stay temporary, appear in the preview cart, and update the invoice payment schedule, payment page, and contract merge fields without changing the client's saved selections.

Tips

  • Use Super Files for proposals, onboarding packets, service selection, questionnaires, contracts, invoices, and payment links
  • Merge fields automatically fill in client details
  • Clients do not need a separate confirmation click after choosing a package or add-on
